Postpartum Planning Consultation

Experiencing an unexpected loss, be it a miscarriage or abortion can be extremely difficult to process.  We welcome any peer in loss to join us, no matter how long its been since your loss, no matter how far along you were, no matter if you wanted to be pregnant before it happened or if you want to try again. Whoever you are, whatever your story, you are welcome to join us each month to connect with others who understand a little something of the road your on.  Please reach out with any questions.

If you know, you know. Two hours is both dreamy and productive. During this luxurious 2 hr session, you will receive in depth bodywork that will leave you feeling like a whole new you. Warm stones, towels and a variety of massage techniques may be utilized as appropriate.

2 hour Returning Client Integrative Bodywork

This visit will be about 2 hours, with 90-100m of dedicated bodywork in the comfort of your own home.  Returning clients can book this immediately. New clients will require additional steps to facilitate the intake process.  A travel fee is added based on distance from Providence. Snack delivery, additional time for postpartum doula care, or even grocery/pharmacy pick up can be added to this visit with notice.  Some families like to book back to back bodywork for both parents.  Please reach out if you'd like  to arrange additional services around this booking.

Home Visit - Postpartum Bodywork & Recovery

This 2 hr. session is a full body relaxation massage with integrated acupressure for labor points and mindful meditation or visualization to help clients prepare for birth.  

Acupressure for Labor

Bodywork during pregnancy can extremely helpful to relieve tension and resolve musculoskeletal issues that commonly occur as one's pregnant body changes. This 90min session will leave you feeling nourished and resourced. We can discuss posture, sleeping positions, and review tools that can help support you in your changing body during pregnancy and after birth.  Additional time may be scheduled for professional doula consultation to discuss birth and postpartum planning as needed.
